Hotel Cosmotel is located in the heart of Paris, in the area of the Grands Boulevards and the Opera, a few steps away from the Gare de l'Est and the Gare du Nord railway stations. The hotel combines efficiency, charm and offers a personalised welcome and a family atmosphere.
Our hotel provides 30 rooms and they are all equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a mini bar, a direct-dial telephone, a heating and a private bathroom with shower or a bathtub and hair-dryer. Non-smoking rooms are also available.
Unfortunately, we do not have a proper restaurant, but if you wish, we can recommend some good ones, which are situated nearby the hotel. Our bar is at your disposal.
There are many tourist attractions within walking distance, such as Sacre-Coeur basilica, the big department stores, the Opera and Les Halles district. Paris is an ideal place for shopping and to go out at night. The Parisian theatres await you as well.

 la chambre a été correcte, reformé et jolie.

 la localization de l'hotel est terrible. Coin des prostitutes. en arrivant la nuit il y avait toujours une à la porte d'entrée. la reception necessite d'une reforme. L'ascenceur ne marche pas au contraire de ce que a été informé par la net. Je ne pense pas que ça soit cassé. Tout simplement il n'a jamais marché les 4 jours que nous y sommes restés et lors que nous sommes arrivés il nous a été dit qu'il venait de casser ce que etait faux ! |

| I do not know about the other rooms in the hotel. But this was my experience.
The day I boarded the hotel and I saw the room, firstly the AC was not working and secondly the room was very small. As the AC was not working it was highly difficult to stay in a small badly ventilated room. I requested them to give me a bigger room, but they did not show any interest. And more, they did not cut down their room rent even though their AC was not working.
All in all, it was not a very good experience. |

| Very good located hotel with kond and friendly staff. Hotel is small and quiet. Rooms are well equipped and very clean. Near metro, interesting sites and good meal. |

Hotel/room were clean; staff helpful though struggled with English; grocer right across the street to buy snacks, fruit, water; very reasonably priced; subway was at the end of the block

| I have been living in more then 100 hotels in Paris during last 10 years, so I can call myself "experienced". The Cosmotel Hotel was absolutely THE BEST of all the 2stars hotels I have ever seen in Paris! Bravo! |

Good connection, just a minute from metro and two velib' stations. There is a coin-operated internet terminal near reception, and wireless in some rooms (ask when you book!). Room is clean, like new.

| No minibar and hairdryier in room (contrary to the description). Noise from other rooms and corridor. The window is soundproof when shut, but air-conditioner did not work. |

| The hotel is less than 1 block from a metro station, which is only 2 stations away from Gare de l'Est. The neighborhood is OK, which is commensurate with the price. |
