Located in walking distance from Zürich Main Station. Very friendly staff. Quiet room without any noise from the tram.

Very well maintained, clean and nice atmosphere with a lot of wood. Friendly, personable staff. Free internet.

Perfect location, Perfect room, very good price-accomodation ratio, my in-laws were provided with a suite room although we made no such request, very silent, very clean, staff very competant.

| No high-chair and additional mattress for my infant was provided in my room even for a couple of hours although I asked for it several times. The water closet was broken suddenly and it was repaired when I informed the staff, the housekeeping made no note of it. |
