We provide a total of 126 rooms and all of them are equipped with bathroom with shower, bathtub, hair dryer, air-conditioning, safe, mini-bar, satellite TV, telephone, internet access, radio and desk. There is a free non-alcoholic mini bar included.
Unfortunately, we do not have our own restaurant, but if you want we can recommend you some good ones that are near the hotel. After a long day, guests can relax with a drink at the hotel and allow the friendly and professional staff to take care of their needs and requirements.

 The look from outside is plain, but the lobby is neat and cozy. You may even say it's elegant. The reception staff were very kind and willing to take questions and provide their help. The giveaway map was proved to be very helpful. |

| Hotel Berna is centrally located, close to the central train and bus station. All members of staff were friendly, polite and attentive, our email request before the journey was replied to within a very short time. We stayed over in a very spacious, clean Quality Room. The bed was comfortable, it was great to have non-alcoholic drinks available for free all day, and the little extras of the hotel made the stay a bit more special. We were positively surprised by the - for Italian standards - variety of breakfast offers. All in all, the price-performance-ration of the hotel is fantastic for this city, the atmosphere is welcoming, we absolutely enjoyed our time there, and should we ever return to Milan, we would always stay at Hotel Berna again. |

| All the staff that I encountered were friendly, conscientious and helpful. The unlimited availability of non-alcoholic refreshments without additional charges - tea, coffee, fruit, cakes,
