Lovely room and facilities

| Very indifferent and unwelcoming reception staff (maybe they were temps working during Easter holiday, but there is no excuse for unfriendliness at a hotel). Noise level from outside can intrude. |

Comfortable hotel not far from main railway station

| A bit far from the main historic district of Salzburg. The Double bed is made from 2 single beds pushed together, which is less comfortable than a true double or queen size bed. |

Friendly and effective desk staff

| Our room in this hotel was clean and comfortable if not slightly on the small side. Although not right in the city center it was convieniently located near the train station which was great for our overnight stop. Breakfast was not provided with our room. The staff were very helpfull and were able to recommend a nice restaurant. |
