| Witnessed older man who worked reception blow up at a female guest whose TV remote did not work. She asked for more batteries and he became rude and scarily angry - slammed his chair. The older man left the room and returned with another woman, looked like his daughter, who then apologized to the guest for the old man's behavior. The old man made gestures for the woman to manually adjust the TV instead of using the remote. Overall, his behavior was 180-degrees from the excellent service provided by the other staff. |

| If they wants to woo more customers they should be thinking of giving FREE internet access for their rooms. Today internet is a part and parcels of everyone's life is no longer a luxury but a common things to all. Internet have to be FREE if they wants to draw more customers to their hotel. |

| Helpful and friendly staff. No problem to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. It was possible to have breakfast even if we were a litte late. Even if we had a room with windows to the street the room seemed quiet. |
