As a hotel close to the airport, and there by I'm guessing, receiving alot of foreigners, one would think the receptionstaff to know english. That was by no means the case upon arrival. Ok it was late, but the lady didnt even understand me asking if the hotel had a computer i could use. All instructions for us, about the room, check out times and so on, was given in german and signlanguage.

Improve on the description of the nearby public transport stations (U-Bahn etc), as the hotel is very conveniently located, but the website description could be better.

Very good place of hotel. Close to the public transport. Close to the airport. Lot of shops and cafes around.

Some noise from the landing aircrafts. :)
