I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, it was recommended to me by colleagues of mine, and I would also recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the same area. All the staff I met were so helpful and friendly. I had one small problem withe sink in my bathroom and within minutes of reporting it it was sorted and fixed. :)

Nice hotel next to a big shopping mall, which is open until 10pm. Minibar included. Subway station 2min away.

Very friendly hotel well situated - for holidays very recommended.

The capacity of elevators is insufficient. Between 8:30 and 10:00 it can take 15 minutes to get from 1st floor (breakfast) to the upper floors and back to the ground level (check out). |

Very close proximity to convention centre and headquarter offices of SAP (my work).

Noise in the room was annoying. Air conditioning may have been a result of being on the 26th floor, i.e. top floor probably under the big air conditioning machines on the roof. However, I could hear the conversation in the next room late into the night! |

Do not take an offer from hotel to organize a taxi for you, as it comes 1/3 more expensive than taking it by your self. |

Sport facilities out of order even though given as available. Old equipment, required maintenance/replacement. The only negative spot in the bright picture of this hote. |

the veiw was outstanding and most of the staff were courteous and friendly.

the room was uncomfortbly warm, aircon didn't work, staff did very little to help this other than open window for an hour -no longer.
two out of three bars had no-one to serve during published open hours. saunas were single sex so i couldn't sit with my wife, we had to sit in seperate rooms on our own. |
