| The most appauling experience and not one to be expected in any hotel establishment. I booked in , went straight to my room, unlocked the door stood in the hallway and then realised there was a man in bed, who I had woken up when entering the room. There is no excuse for this and it was an equal shock for me but also the other guest. |

| Although we only stayed for 1 night, we found the hotel to be excellent. Rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Will use this hotel again.
Cannot comment on breakfast, as we did not take breakfast. Nor wellness area. |
