| The hotel failed to note any of my requests (high floor room, quiet, late checkout). I was given a room on the first floor on top of the entrance. They rang me to check out at 11.30, in a very firm manner. I had booked almost two months in advance. Ver, very unimpressed. I had informed them i would be arriving late. They gave me the last room available. Next day i went to Munich, also arrived late - but got all my requirements fulfilled without any problems. Shame, Hotel Austria. It's not enough to have a good hotel. Treat your customers with respect! |
