 Liked the friendliness of staff at both reception and during breakfast. Breakfast was yummy, nothing too fancy, but all I wanted.

 Bed was definitely too soft, didn't expect that in a 4-star hotel. |

Nice room.
Very close to the city central.
Japanese TV and newspaper.

| I know that it is expensive during the exhibition, but I think it is too high.
I had to climb up one more floor to reach my room, which is not so convenient with heavy luggage.
The room key did not work properly, so it took a time to open the room door.
Sorry I lost the room key even though I paid EUR20,00 for that. |
