Lovely hotel. I stayed one night for business and was very comfortable.

Navigating to my room reminded me of "Relativity" by MC Escher. I took the elevator, had to go up a few stairs and then down an entire set of stairs. But since I was alone and only had a light-weight suitcase, it was ok.

Stayed in a single room and was very impressed. It was spotlessly clean. There was an ironing board and iron in the wardrobe and even a pair of complimentary slippers! There was a lot of space and ample room in the bathroom including shelf space for toiletries. Also a big mirror in the bathroom and hairdryer. Very quiet and peaceful at night. It's about a 6 minute walk into the old town. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't eat at the hotel.

The hotel location is very close to the center of Heidelberg. There are clean rooms but small.

All the members of staff we encountered where extremely professional and friendly. Did not have breakfast at hotel so can not comment on this part.

The room we were given was facing a busy road with noisy traffic all through the night. Don't know if this was because we booked through the internet since the hotel did not seem to be full.
