Stayed in a single room and was very impressed. It was spotlessly clean. There was an ironing board and iron in the wardrobe and even a pair of complimentary slippers! There was a lot of space and ample room in the bathroom including shelf space for toiletries. Also a big mirror in the bathroom and hairdryer. Very quiet and peaceful at night. It's about a 6 minute walk into the old town. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't eat at the hotel.

Very little. The staff were polite enough but didn't push themselves to be over helpful.

The hotel location is very close to the center of Heidelberg. There are clean rooms but small.

All the members of staff we encountered where extremely professional and friendly. Did not have breakfast at hotel so can not comment on this part.

The room we were given was facing a busy road with noisy traffic all through the night. Don't know if this was because we booked through the internet since the hotel did not seem to be full.
