 Location is convenient. Close to metro station, bus and taxi, as well to shopping center with fast food restaurants. Lisbon airport is a short ride away. (Taxi costs around 5 Euros). Helpful staff. Free wireless internet connection in the room

Overall sympatic staff and well located. It could be good to mention that the hotel is very close from a metro station.

| Hotel is a bit noisy, we heard the people moving in the corridors and elevators.
We went back at the end of our trip and the strong wind made the ventilation system noisy as an explosion in the area. It was irregular depending of the wind strength. On the 8th floor the strong wind was coming in the room because the opening windows were not tigth enough. |

| In the "completely soundproofed rooms", the noise of road traffic is too audible to allow for good sleep quality, at least in the lower roadside rooms. |

| Verry nice and helpfull employees. They are very client orriented, warm people, friendly and helpful any time.. It's a real pleasure to stay in this hotel. |
