 The hotel is quite stylish - but tired, the chairs in the lobby are worn for example

Nice outside, nice reception, nice decor throughout

| Not sure if it is as noisy in the whole hotel but Room 01 was very noisy - you get the dustbins from the kitchen wheeled out evening and morning right outside your windows, air con unit on and off and women heels walking on the passage above the room - impossible to leave the window open.

| The friendliest staff. Very helpful. Even though the hot water was not working for 2 days, they were very apologetic and gave us a discount for the 2 days. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Truly this is Madrids little secret of a great bargain in a great location!!!! |
