We were most impressed by the overall very welcoming atmosphere. We had a studio room (two adjacent rooms for 2 adults and 2 children), which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was generous with a lot of variety and we found a personal note as welcome on our table in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I am sure our children will remember the little chocolate treats they were given on arrival and departure. Highly recommended.

On the evening of my arrival one of the saff stayed late to let me in even though I arrived after their normal opening time in the evening. Staff was friendly and efficient and I enjoyed the breakfast.

For the hotel position direct in center is the price very good. The room I had was quite big. Personal OK.

The breakfast was not very varied. The parking is problem. I had luck so got the free parking close to the hotel. The room was noisy due to the trams and supplies for the closed restaurants. Even if I wrote not smoking room, I have got smoking one. Anyway there was not to small the cigarette smoke. The navi had huge problem to find it. First 3rd person could show me on the map.

Very pleased with the stay. Check-in was very smooth and efficient and the employee was very helpful and friendly. For those of us who speak english, her english was perfect. Hotel is right in the center of town and a perfect location.

Comfortable, central hotel. Double room was a pleasant suprise - it was actually two rooms! Had breakfast in morning (5 Euros pp) - very good value for money and lots of choice - fresh food, good coffee. Wireless internet access available.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we loved it again. The family who run the hotel are excellent and treated us like old friends. We love the location right in the middle of old Wurzburg although the street can get a little noisy, but that is the trade off for this location.

A friendly small hotel in an excellent location in the centre of Wurzburg. The room size was reasonable. Very clean and tidy. Wireless internet worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast person.
