superb use of space; room layout excellent. Other hotels use larger room space which seem more cramped. Hotel Zum Weissen Rossel room has a great feel and comfort!!
Lack of wi-fi in room only issue. I have iPad I must use and could not use it there. I do appreciate the wired internet access. Providing wireless something to think about since iPad and similar devices becoming so widely used in business and personal life.

Good location in town and 15 mins walk to SAP. Free Internet - just ask for a cable.
No restaurant in the evenings, but there are few places close, so it's not too much of an issue.
I've had two rooms here, the first was a double & very good, the second was a single - cheaper but very small and a little warn.

Good washroom equipment; Free wired internet (no wireless); Free bottle water every day.
A little small bed; next to a chirch but the Double-glazed windows with good noise isolation. No staff at recept until 17:00 in a Sunday I checked in.

Excellent family-run hotel where you art made very welcome. It's right on the main street so all the restaurants and bars are in easy walking distance.
In my opinion it's the best hotel in Walldorf
Sadly the restaurant (which is excellent) was closed in the evenings while I was there.

We stayed here for 7 days and really enjoyed the general atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is very central, well run and organised, with polite and helpful staff who go out of their way to ensure your stay is a great experience. The decor and style are quirky, old-style and uniquely German which is why you should choose to stay here rather than the uniformly bland Holiday Inn on the outskirts of Walldorf. The restaurant serves excellent food and in general the hotel is as close to the heart of Walldorf pubs and restaurants as you will get. The room was good value for money, well proportioned and the bed excellent. The shower was excellent and the toilet facilities in the room were very well maintained, clean and top class. Free and reliable high speed internet was provided and a LAN cable too when the signal was a bit dodgy in my room at times. All-in-all an excellent and well situated hotel.
Only negative really are the pedestrian and general noise levels at times. Solution is in the form of foam or wax ear-plugs from the supermarket accross the road and suddenly silence... Situated in a pedestrian zone and near all of the pubs has obvious advantages/drawbacks and being next to the church, and a clock tower who's bells sound from around 7am to Midnight. Even with all of these minor issues I'd stay here again.
