The bed was small and very hard. An additional pillow for support while reading in bed would have been nice.

Great sauna. Very clean rooms

Some rooms are very loud. If the room faces the street, it's hard to sleep. I was moved to a different room. This didn't have the street noise, but lobby noise instead. It was still MUCH better than the street.

Very good breakfast with varities of bread offered, very friendly staff, Wifi is fast and stable, spacious bathroom

Noise from the street when window open, parking on soil ground which turns into mud if raining, mini bar snacks empty (though not charged)

Great breakfast, very close to the SAP office. friendly staff.

The wireless internet service is very VERY slow. Quite offen the signal breaks and you can't really work under these conditions. This doesn't fit business needs.

The room was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and they started breakfast early for us to meet our schedule!

Room was very small with a twin bed. There was no A/C so I slept with the window ope. The traffic was very noisy through the night.
