The overwhelming smell of spices pervades everywhere. The rooms are tiny and poorly equipped. The lifts dont actually service a floor with any rooms and stairs have to be negotiated wherever you wish to go in the hotel.

Unlike most Frankfurt hotels, this place is beautiful. Although the style is unusual, it is very pleasing to the eye. The room I had was also quite spacious, not vast but much bigger than many Frankfurt hotel rooms.
 
Although it was not a problem for me, I should point out that anyone who finds stairs difficult would not be comfortable here, as access to the lift (elevator) is not on the same level as reception and also not on the same level as the bedrooms. You need to use the stairs to get to the lift!

Very central - only a ten minute walk from the station but still reasonably quiet (which is good considering we had a room facing a main road). Great location from which to head out and exlore Frankfurt. Staff very friendly

Delightful split level rooms with authentic North African floor tiling, fixtures and furnishings. Breakfast buffet offered a good variety of cold meats, smoked salmon and vegetarian choice. For the smoker, there is a dedicated smokers lounge which I imagine would be most welcome during the Winter months

Nice hotel with strong Persian theme in guest rooms' decor. Excellent Persian restaurant part of the premises. Centrally located, easy access to main train station. Very attentive and helpful staff.
 
Stairs may make place difficult to access for disabled travelers.
