Both the staff (very friendly and accomodating), as well as the comfort in the rooms (safe, fridge/minibar, bathroom...) is excellent. This hotel is the best stop for any traveller. Unfortunately, I have not had the time to try out the sports/wellness.
The only disadvantage that I have felt, is the lack of an elevator: you need to be able to carry your luggage 2 floors up.

The size of the room, the cleanness, the staff being very helpful, the buffet breakfast was excellent.
The temperature of the swimming pool was rather cool against ambient external temperature. May I suggest a Kettle with tea and coffee making facilities would go down well with British visitors.
