Through wonderfully successful and respectful restoration, the building has been converted into a hotel and restaurant, thereby recovering its cordially ‘Venetian’ warm romantic atmosphere. The present ‘Romantik Hotel’ has 8 large suites of wonderfully rare atmosphere, as well as 35 rooms with all modern facilities, to complete its highly qualified hotel services.
Cuisine in the Villa has earned itself a place of honour among the best in gastronomy in the ‘Marca Trevigiana’, with its excellent chefs, who skilfully and lovingly recreate traditional local dishes to delight guests with the flavours, odours and pleasant emotions reminiscent of the original hospitality of the Venetian mansions.
Cà Vin, Villa Giustinian’s wine cellar is small and cosy in winter, spacious and fully immersed in the fascination of the Villa in summer, when guests are served on the porch of the adjacent Venetian outbuildings (Barchessa). You will easily find your favourite drink from among the five hundred labels of the best Italian and foreign wines, and can give in with pleasure to the temptation of the special delicious snacks prepared by the sommelier, Roberto.
