we needed a hotel close to the station. When we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room, whish we were very happy with. The staff were polite and very helpful. We would use the hotel again. We did nor have breakfast. One evening in Basel

The first room I got was very sticky and warm because windows could not be opened and the air condition obviously was not working. After complaining at the reception I got another room - which was quite noisy...
