A very friendly and accommodating hotel that successfully supported my stay: Nice size room with a reasonable bathroom and good noise reduction from the train line and main road outside: Reasonable area to park to the front of the hotel.

The receptionist only spoke German and Polish but managed to get someone on the telephone who spoke English (Athough this is down as a negative she was very helpful and we managed to communicate)

Location is really close to center, near to Train Station. Room was clean, also stuff nice.

Pleasant English speaking staff on desk, breakfast typically German, clean rooms with good shower, good value for money and only a 5 minute walk to centre of Ulm - lovely place to visit.

Really noisy with being next to the train lines. Could have done with soap in the shower instead of a dispenser on the wall outside the shower. More hangers in the wardrobe would be a bonus as well (only had two).

Good , clean quiet.

Although you can see the hotel from the railway station, the route is not direct due to a major road. A map to show the route would be helpful (Although we managed to get there without problems.)
