Recommendation
The last booking was made more than 3 days ago from Saudi Arabia.
The room was clean and nice. The location was good.
The staff refused to give me directions from the airport to the hotel. "It's easy; it's close," he kept saying, but he wouldn't tell me which number tram to take or which stop to get off at. I landed at 9:00 pm, and it took me two hours of roaming around with a suitcase to get to the hotel because even though I called multiple times, I could get no directions from the staff.
No top sheet on the bed.
No wake up call.
I had to wait 30 more minutes to get a sheet and an alarm clock.
At 7:00 in the morning, another guest and I were both locked in. We had to wake someone up to come out and unlock the front door so that we could get out of the building. At first, he refused to get up because he said, "It's easy." But we didn't have the key!
The most expensive hotel I booked in two weeks of vacation.

Very kind staff. They offered us a Kosher breakfast ( even if not mentioned ) and were very aware and sensitive to the restrictions of staying at Saturday.
Quite a small room with the water tape in the room , instead of in the bathroom .
