they offered parking, I asked for it. However, when I needed it, it was occupied

Handy location, well serviced by transport and restaurants.
Safety concerns - the alternative fire exit stairwell near our room on the top floor was totally blocked by spare beds and mattress making the stairs inpassable. The double room was also really only a single room. It was so small that we could not lay down both our suitcases at the same time to open.

Pretty clean, everything ok in the room and in the bathroom, decent food. Close to the bus stop and S+U band. Close to the Zoo.
They did't clean the bathroom while we have been guests. No disaster, but they just didn't do it.
They moved our used towels around, so afterwards we wouldn't know who used a particular towel . Again here small details, if you can live with it.
They gave us a room that was occupied to start with. The second room we got offered was smaller and with not the same view to the main street, but to the back yard.
