Friendly staff, good breakfest (self-service). Good location in the town - not far from the Termini raylway station and not too far from the town center. You can reach everything without taxi or public transport.
 
Old-fashioned lift, small capacity. No parking for cars.

Room was rather small, but otherwise excellewnt.- Television was too little (on wall) and very complicated to control with two remotes to be used in conjunction.

Room allocation was poor - our room was estremely small whilst our frinds had a family room. They then had to move rooms after two days. We found this unacceptable since we made this booking in February 2009.
