The Smiths Brasserie offers diners deliciously fresh, simple dishes with a contemporary twist. Much of the produce used in the cuisine is local - sourced from the surrounding area and coastline, and on occasions from the farmland overlooked by the hotel which is part of the Gretna Green Estate and has been farmed by the same family since 1886.
