Well located for bus travel to Venice, several restaurants with 1 or 2 kilometres. Very helpful staff. Good sitting rooms. Modern breakfast room. Good parking. Pleasant outlook onto canal. Despite some aspects of the description being inaccurate (e.g. no Bistro available) generally it was very good value for the amount charged. WiFi available ( charged at €7 for 5 hours use)

Very small shower room, Very noisy street noise from Motorbikes and traffic especially in the early hours. We were in the main building in a room which appeared not to have air-conditioning. After two days of excessive heat we found out that there was AC but the controls were well hidden. We have now found from reading reviews elsewhere that others had the same problem. The hotel needs to address this problem by putting up a notice or sign. No Bistro available, We were told we had to find a restaurant outside the hotel if we wished to eat.

Well located, very good bus service into Venice, we would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

Very noisy outside during the night e.g. motorcycles revving up outside, or cars racing back and forward down the road. Situation made worse by the fact that it was not obvious that the room had Air Con (controls not visible) and as it was so hot (mid August 30 plus degrees) we had to have the windows wide open for some air.
