The staff were very polite and welcoming, and the price of the room was good considering the location of the hotel.
The hotel could do with updating - my room was clean but a little 'tired' looking - eg the bathroom had a few cracked tiles and dirty grout. Also, the walls are thin and I was kept awake by the noises of the lift and from the outdoor smoking area several floors below my window (where people were clearly not discouraged from shouting at each other after midnight).
