General hotel description:
As one of Innsbruck’s tallest buildings with 12 floors it stands out due to its impressive architecture yet fits perfectly into its environment. This Non-Smoking-Hotel provides our guests a breakfast restaurant on the 11th floor with a breathtaking view from the nearby terrace, bistro-bar, comfortable lounge in our lobby, free internet corner, sauna- and fitness area, seminar rooms, underground parking and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms:
The 159 modernly-furnished and air-conditioned rooms located on 10 floors meet the demands of both business guests and individual travellers. All rooms have a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, mini-bar, telephone, safe, flat screen TV and a free W-LAN connection. Various room categories are available according to the guest’s needs.

Gastronomy:
In the breakfast restaurant on the 11th floor our guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Tyrolean mountains. Furthermore, on the ground floor alongside the Lounge there is a modern bar which offers fresh drinks and coffee during the day and a selection of international, Italian and regional food in the evening.

Sports and Entertainment:
Situated on the 12th floor the Sauna and Fitness area comprise a Finnish sauna, a steam room, a fitness room with the latest Techno Gym equipment and a massage and treatment room. Our guests can relax while enjoying the unique views over the rooftops of Innsbruck to the Alps.

Service:
Situated on the 11th floor we have a total of four inter-connecting seminar rooms which are equipped with the latest technology and enjoy natural daylight as well as a panoramic view of the Alps. Two rooms can accommodate up to 84 participants and two further break-up rooms seat up to 15 each (a total of 30 spaces) and are thus ideal for smaller meetings, seminars and conferences. The whole hotel also meets the needs of disabled people and offers underground parking at an amount of 12.00 per day. The hotel shuttle bids up to 8 people and will be provided on request from 09.00 – 17.00h.
