The wide, well-lit and freshly-painted single, double-bed and multibedded rooms of AVIVA Leipzig offer beds at highest comfort, flat-screen TV, desks, up to date bathrooms and balconies.
From our newly-built apartments and suites you can expect a modern relaxing atmosphere with oversize bed(s) (140 to 180 cm), designer restrooms with bath or shower, kitchenette, wide flat-screens.
Internet access is provided via WLAN and LAN and free of charge. You can relax very soon on the new roof-top terrace.
In the morning you can enjoy the wide choice of items for breakfast from our buffet and get a taste of the variety of food and drink on the other terraces or restaurants with bar in the open at any time.
Soon further services will be provided by AVIVA Leipzig in its Sports & Spa Center with unique atmosphere on 600 square metres. Your private or business events or your conference are seated best in Panorama Meeting Hall for up to 150 people with a terrace of its own and view on Leipzig skyline reaching/stretching from Leipzig Messe to Völkerschlacht Monument.
Parking at AVIVA Leipzig is free (of charge). You reach Leipzig-Halle Airport in about 10 minutes via motorway/highway 14 and the city centre of Leipzig/downtown Leipzig within 8 to 10 minutes.
Messe and Conference Centre Leipzig are in a distance of 3 to 5 minutes by car, as well as Sachsenpark with its varied opportunities for shopping and leisure.
The BowlingCenter and the close to it Golf Course Seehausen delight their visitors. The next city railway stop is a some minutes walk.
