Hotel-Pension Hensel is centrally located in Reinickendorf close to Berlin-Tegel Airport. You will quickly and easily reach all sights of Berlin thanks to underground, commuter train and bus stations, all within walking distance from the hotel.
The 14 comfortable rooms all feature balcony as well as shower, toilet, TV and desk.
Cosy little restaurants and bars are to be found a short walk away. Every morning, we serve a rich breakfast for a good start to the day.

No light in the stairs when I went up to my room on the 3.rd floor. The door handle was very loose, almost falling off the door. No phone. The mattress was stained and the towels were extremely rough, but the sheets appeared clean. The lady that took my money, spoke no English at all. She was nice enough to call me a cab, possible only because I used google translate to print the request in German. I absolutely would NOT stay or recommend the hotel. I only gave one star because I could not figure out how to just answer NO to the statements about room quality and recommendations.

I think, it's a very basic hotel with friendly staff, pretty low, nearly unbeatable rates and excellent location in terms of distance to airport. I was basically satisfied as I've choosen the hotel for the above mentioned conditions (price, location).
