During its heyday, the 9-storey Hotel Palais de la Mediterranee was a famed playground for wealthy pleasure-seekers on the French Riviera. Located on the waterfront Promenade des Anglais, the hotel reopened in early 2004 after a complete restoration.
It features a towering Art Deco marble façade that dates back to its original 1929 opening and 188 guestrooms and suites equipped with the latest amenities like flat screen TV, air condition, high-speed internet access and a lot more. The decoration of the rooms is based on harmonies between blue, ochre and saffron. The contemporary furniture was especially designed for the hotel.
The heart of the hotel is on the 3rd floor, where guests will find a restaurant, a bar and a large casino with slot machines, roulette and table games. Just outside you will find a spacious sun terrace and heated indoor and outdoor pools. From here, you have a fantastic panoramic view of the sea.
