Our traditional “Hotel Ochsenwirtshof” is located close to the centre of the community Schapbach in the romantic “Wolftal”. Enjoy the charm of the natural and wonderful landscapes of Germany which are attractive in every season. You can spend activity holidays or you can spend your time with recuperation. We pay attention to the renowned hospitality of the Black Forest and we do our utmost to create a comfortable atmosphere.
We offer 16 modern rooms which provide en suite bathroom and TV connection. Most of them have balcony.
Our cuisine and wine cellar offer regional and international delicacies. Special wines achieve their maturity in the historic vaulted cellar. Our guests can spend pleasant hours in our comfortable restaurant.
We present a heated outdoor swimming pool, miniature golf, tennis courts, fitness trails, bowling alleys and playgrounds for children. The spa garden offers numerous events like fashion shows, concerts, theatre performances or dancing parties.
Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach is centrally located and is the ideal starting point for excursions to the near and far surroundings. Some sights are for example the glass museum “Dorotheenhütte” (22 km), the open-air museum “Vogtsbauernhöfe” (28 km) as well as the Mining and Minerals Museum (18 km).
