Positive The room was clean no dust behind the desk or drawers in the room and the bathroom and shower cubical we spotlessly clean. Evening receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Negative NO heating in the bathroom and it was -1 Degrees! NO working light in the bathroom. Morning reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful at all. NOTHING WAS DONE WE BASICALLY HAD TO LEAVE IN THE MORNING WITH NO SHOWER DUE TO IT BEING TOO COLD AS WE
