Sunday breakfast on 4 star hotel level. Very close to traffic.
On 6 floor WiFi is too poor, better ask for cable connector at once. WiFi is not free, but 5E a day is not much.

The room was very dirty. On the bed there was hair, as well on the floor that was greecy and sticky. The bathroom and toilet were definitly not cleaned after the last residents left with curly hair all over the place. We arrived after 8 hours traffic jum on the highway from heidelburg and i spend the next 3 hours looking for another hotel.We left early in the morning to go somewhere else for breakfast(Somewhere they kept basic hygiene standards, and i returned on my own later that morning to checkout. The reception did not even asked me why we left earlier.

the personnel, principally in the reception was useless every time I call needing something they just give a no very polite attention, breakfast really bad and internet never worked properly and 5 euros expensive, bad internet service.

Great breakfast set up, lots of choices, very friendly staff.
Room needed repainting, central pillar was very dirty. But housecleaning staff was good. A little noisy but not crazy so for Europe. Ran out of parking vouchers for nearby parkplatz.

The internal standard of the room was good for the price.
The street noise audible in the room was bad until 2am.The rooms need double glazing.There should be a mirror near the electrical sockets in the bedroom for ladies to fix their hair.
The hallway acess to the lift smelled badly of cigarette smoke and was dark and uninviting.

The hotel has great furnishings, except the lack of double beds. The staff were friendly, polite and fluent in English. All aspects of the hotel were great, except falling through the gap in the middle of my bed in the night.
We had asked for a double room, we recieved 2 single beds pushed together. When I asked if it would be possible to have a proper bed, the staff assured me that they do not have any proper double beds, they are all singles pushed together...do not expect a double bed at this hotel. it would be great if we were 3 people.

-very good location
-fresh interior of the room (room nbr 502)
-very nice, clean bathroom
-room 502 is a double room, however it has very tiny space, space in wardrobe is not enough foe 2 persons and there is no any hanging next to entrance door in the room.This room would be perfect as a sinlge room
- NO AIR CONDITION in the room when it is very hot in the room when there is a hot weather outside
-if you want to leave youe bags on the day of departure there is no any left-luggage room-we had to leave our bags in the basement of the hotel
