Early arrival or late check-out - no problem with a smile. Excellent English (and German) too.
No parking problem ever.
The restaurant, where breakfast is served, is quite good. Coffee at breakfast, however, is hot but bitter. To order a cappuccino, and pay extra for it, is definitely recommended.
