The hotel provides comfort for discerning guests (3 stars) and has 74 rooms. The hotel is situated near to the city centre (approx. 0.5 km). For those travelling by train, this hotel is ideal, just 0.2 kilometer from the railway station.

You can leave your car in the hotel's car park (fee payable). The hotel team at reception is available around the clock, and also offers a wake-up service. Safes are available at reception and in your room to hold your valuables. The hotel provides Internet access in your room or via a wireless connection in public areas. For extra requirements please contact room service.

-room was big - breakfast was good - room was clean
 
The drain of the bathtub was a little bit clogged which made the water go slower than normal. After asking the staff if something could be done the guy went to my room, opened the water, saw that it stayed there, closed the water, the water eventually drained and he said that it was normal and the bathtub was working. I said that with time its normal drains get a bit clogged and that there are products available to help clear the drains and he said, and I quote "no, no, in Germany we take care of the environment" I said that those products were available in almost every supermarket in germany (since I live here). So that was weird and a bit insulting actually. Other than that I don't mind old facilities as long as they work good, but this was not the case. I was staying with my girlfriend and we got two beds, instead of one king size and this also made it no so comfortable. I strongly believe that for paying a bit over 160€ a night they could do better.

Good location for getting around Munich - near the main RR station (area around this hotel and other 4 & 5 star hotels nearby is somewhat seedy) - fantastic breakfast

Typical City hotel. Clean, with no frills. Very good value for money, helpful staff and convenient location.
 
Staff obviously struggled to cope during busy breakfast periods. My redecorated room still had some fittings to finish!

I have bought internet ticket for 24 hours, but did not notes, that ticket must be activated in 12 hours after buying. After I was back to hotel and tried to enter internet, it was expired. The reception people gently talked me to bye another one and kindly gave me 1 hour for free. The internet cable is short and speed is not enough even for talk. Anything else is not perfect, but not bed.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff, reception, cleaners, breakfast room, repairs people.
 
I was woken up at 8am by heavy drilling. I was on the outside wall of my bedroom. Deafening. I looked out and was told sorry, 20 seconds - which was true, only ruined my whole day as I came there to rest and sleep (tie difference).
