It is only 10 minutes from Madrid Barajas International Airport and the Atocha and Chamartin railway stations. The large shopping areas are in the immediate vicinity.

A very pleasant hotel , staff was helpful overall . spacious rooms well equipped. parking available around the hotel at no cost.
the pool is only available with spa package and is too espensive. so is the inner parking lot.
the hotel is near the airport but far from downtown . it explain its price.

The staff was very kind, most important to let know visitors that location of hotel is not so far away from Madrid Center. By bus is 25 minutes and better than metro and you can take the bus in front of the hotel every 5 minutes. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN, rooms were very clean. You csn hear noise from other rooms but is not terrible. so what we want to say is that we dont understand why people complain about the hotel and location. Next year I will be there too.

A GREAT VENUE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT WITH A SHUTTLE SERVICE, ALSO A BUS ROUTE TO MADRID CENTRE, THE SPAR IS TERRIFIC I INTEND USING THE HOTEL 3 TIMES IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS
THE BREAKFAST BUFFET IS A BANQUET AND GOOD VALUE, HOWEVER THE FOOD AND DRINKS IN THE PIANO BAR ARE EXPENSIVE
