Location
Some of the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional (there was a mixup with my reservation). Things got resolved eventually, but I had to waste quite some time finding the right person - somewhat ruined my trip.Be aware of this matter when you make a raservation.

From this hotel, you can either go to the central train station in less than 10 minutes, or go shopping right after step out of it. The room is decorated quite specially, and wood wardrobe, tables and sometimes you will feel that you come to a place of earlier times.
The choices on breakfast is really small and the room is also quite small.

Hotel location great - very close to central train station and ideal for sightseeing in Munich. The price was also very attractive - we availed of a buy two nights get the third one free offer.
We arrived very late and we were given a very friendly welcome. We had booked three rooms and were pleased to be allocated rooms adjacent to each other on the same floor. Staff spoke english and were very professional and friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean as were all the communal areas of the hotel. Our rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again when I visit Munich.

Excellent location - across from the Hauptbahnhof but in a quieter street. Room was very clean. Bathroom small but ideal for 1 or at a push 2 persons if you are organised! Continental breakfast offered with rolls, ham, cheese, cereal, boiled egg etc.
No negative aspects.

The hotel was perfectly located for our requirements as we had checked this on hotel.de's pages before booking. The quality and service was better than we had expected from the description. Very good value for money.

Only stayed in this hotel one night but location a plus as just around the corner from Munich Central Station and pick-up point for sightseeing coach tours which was the reason I booked it. Stored my luggage also before departure the following day free of charge, pleasant chap on desk who spoke English.
Apart from a bit of traffic noise, really nothing negative about it - basic rooms but good value for money.

Für den Preis ist das Hotel ausgezeichnet. Wir können die 2 negativen Bemerkungen im Internet absolut nicht nachempfinden. Zimmer und Bad sind tatsächlich klein, aber es reicht sehr gut für ein paar Übernachtungen und die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit Lärm.
