”Le Vieil Amandier" is located in the centre of the splendid medieval village of Trigance that overlooks the Jabron valley.The houses of the village are built in the typical Provence style. Given its location right in the heart of the Verdon Regional Natural Park, this hotel is ideal for all those who love nature.
All rooms are equipped with shower or bathtub, hair-dryer, phone and internet access.
You may also enjoy the specialties of our hotel cuisine on the terrace while taking in the marvellous view to the castle. “Le Vieil Amandier” has become a landmark of Mediterranean gastronomy. The chef himself, Bernard Clap, treats you with excellent dishes. The restaurant dining room, with its large panoramic windows and a timber roof structure has a charm all of its own. An open fireplace creates a nice and cosy atmosphere on cold evenings.
”Les Gorges du Verdon” and “Lac de Sainte Croix” are ideal for mountain biking, rafting, canoeing, pedal boating, paragliding and many other activities. The village of Trigance, with its ancient rampart and its proud castle has a special ambience. Old houses, vaults, decorated lintels, old steps and signs remind you of past centuries.
