Parking is the only problem. It is not if you can park in the hotel's lot. The problem could be easily alleviated by management in one of two ways. First,they could try to make arrangement with the paid lot across the street(on Rue St Andre)whereby hotel customers could get a reduced rate. Second, they could make an arrangement with the manager of the apartment complex behind the hotel to use a sector of their lot which was not full the nights we stayed at the hotel.

I could hear my neighbors clearly through the wall in the morning. Otherwise it was quiet and I slept well.

A very enjoyable stay. I was looking for an inexpensive hotel in downtown and this was it. Right in the middle of the Latin Quarter so there was always lots of excitement. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

It is a little bit of a sketchy neighbourhood at night but if you cab it late at night you should be fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a 5 min walk from the coach bus terminal. Breakfast delivered to your room each morning. Very reasonable price.

For the price, it's a great value! Close to everything a traveler would need: 2 drug stores (Jean Coutu and Pharmaprix), lots of restaurants, a currency exchange and the Metro, and it's sandwiched between two main streets: St. Catherine and Rene Levesque.

Poor views out the windows, but you're in Montreal to do something, not just sit in the hotel.

Excellent and friendly receptionist who was helpful and able to answer any request I had. Room was small, but clean and neat and very suitable. Room service breakfast and parking included in the low price.

Nothing serious. The room's window was small and the view wasn't spectacular.

The hotel was in a very good position to explore Montreal, especially the Vieux Port.

Room was dirty, furnished without attention, shower did not work, was mended in a makeshift way. Curtains not sewn up properly, hem falling out,air condition antedeluvian, very noisy, bedcover not very clean either. staff pleasant but mostly incompetent

the staff are very friendly and well informed about what to do in Montreal. Every day we asked them where to go and all their ideas were always perfect, they even rang to check the prices or to book for you if it is what you want. They were all very friendly from the receptionist to the cleaners.

just a little note about the air conditionning, it was working perfectly however it was a little noisy.
