The staff is competent, friendly and helpful.
It was rather cold in the hotel room. The heating did not work correctly and even with additional blankets the coldness during the evenings and nights were discomforting (despite two times signaling this at the reception, the problem could not be resolved during my stay).

Strategic position. 500 m from Brussels Nord, 500 M from De Brouckere, Metro Station Rogier at the hotel exit!
Old fashioned (not a major problem), personnel should learn to smile a bit more, WiFi available only in the lobby.
Should put al least two micro-pieces of soap in the bathroom.

Not enough staff at breakfast time.
No welcome drink was served. Front desk manager answere was: did you ask for ?
Check out lasts too long.
Bed cover is ment to be a blanket ? I am not sure , it is a good idea.
Poor bathroom setting like plastic glass does not meet 4 star reqiurements and the used rate.

Great location, good quality/price ratio. Good cleanliness and furniture sufficient to accommodate needs also for several days. Good breakfast.
Room quite small. No internet access in the room: one has to go to the lobby and pay 10 Eur/h to connect.

Nice, spacious room, quite comfortable and well equipped. Very good location, near subway and shopping center. Good price/quality ratio for 90 Eur including breakfast.
The shower arrangement is not very convenient. There is no centralized AC (not necessary during my stay).
