This luxurious 5-star hotel is 165 ft from the Avenue Louise shopping area and features a peaceful courtyard and grapevine shaded terrace. Châtelain includes a gym, a sauna and a 24-hour front desk.

Staff was very courteous and helpful.
 
The breakfast service was very nice, but too expensive. I recommend the price be reduced from 25 Euro to no more than 10 Euro.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Excellent loaction.

Great hotel at a great price. Very friendly staff, room was excellent.
 
On first night, window in room was open and it took a good 20 minutes to close at 2am due to an issue with the handle.

Internet connection is slow and expensive. Why is there no wireless available in the rooms, when there is in the restaurant and the lobby and I might add this is free.

reasonably clean room, quiet location
 
The furniture and carpet are a bit worn out, a bit far from the center and metro. Overall I would give 4stars, definitely not 5.

The hotel was a little far from the Grand Place. However, the price was good, and there is tram to get around right outside the restaurant. There are several restaurants, stores and grocery stores close by. The staff was super helpful with dining, parking and transportation suggestions.
