The Hotel is very nice and adequate to the price. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The Breakfast is the usual Italian fare.

Good location in a walking distance from via Dante and the center.

Very small room. Enough space for a bed. Breakfast was just ok. You have to pay extra for a cappuccino, espresso and fresh juice. The juice offered is a syrup with water.

- Willing to change room: trying to find a calmer one; even though the effort was fruitless!

- Rooms all seem to be noisy: either going to the rather busy street (with a tram) or to the inside with the air-conditioning directly in front of the window or next to the elevator - Breakfast rather poor (= lower Italian quality); - Trying to screw you up by putting a non-working machine for freshly-squeezed orange juice at the buffet (= only "highlight" there) and when you notice it does not work the waiter offers to bring you a juice to the table which they then charge extra to the room (without mentioning it before, claiming this was written on some paper lying out on the breakfast table); my impression was they also charged higher prices for minibar than what was written in the room (but did not go and check as it was only like 2 EUR)
