Well run small hotel. Although away from city centre has excellent close tramway link. Safe and secure free parking. Excellent buffet breakfast.Totally free of traffic noise.
Difficult to find when coming by car as situated in a maze of small one-way roads on suburban estate. Detailed driving directions would help.
