Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Helsinki has installed an automatic bollard system around Kluuvikatu in order to reduce traffic on the street. The system operates a utomatically between 5am and 11am when driving from Pohjoisesplanadi or Aleksanterinkatu to Kluuvikatu. Please contact t he hotel at (358)(9) 576 111 when arriving at the hotel with your vehicle between 11am and 5am. We will open the gate and drive your vehicle to the garage for you. When leaving the hotel and driving away from Kluuvikatu, the bollard system activates automatically.
