August 2012
The staff at this hotel were fantastic, in fact better than some 5star's I have stayed in. Was extremely impressed at their friendly and warm approach, professionalism and willing to help with anything even down to bus tours (not their role).

Breakfast was £16 for a 'Scotish fry up' of which had 2 teaspoons of beans, 2 tough rashers of bacon etc... Not the best to say the least. The basement room we were given was decorated to that of a 3star and very 'young and hip' however due to being in the basement was rather cold and had bugs. (not very warming).
