Positive The staff at this hotel were fantastic, in fact better than some 5star's I have stayed in. Was extremely impressed at their friendly and warm approach, professionalism and willing to help with anything even down to bus tours (not their role). Negative Breakfast was £16 for a 'Scotish fry up' of which had 2 teaspoons of beans, 2 tough rashers of bacon etc... Not the best to say the least.
