"We arrived after a long drive over the Alps and had a very friendly reception amids a very busy family celebration. Our room had a lovely view over the lake, was well sound-proofed and was spotlessly clean with a lovely big comfortable bed. The staff were most helpful and despite being only a 3-star hotel, the dinner was fabulous. The food was of high quality and the staff were professional, attentive and friendly. The setting was romantic and the whole experience most memorable - particularly the food. We wish we could have stayed longer.
