The people were friendly and the hotel was a good place to stay especially when you want to visit the city an want to use the hotel as a good place to stay. If we wanted a swiming pool or a wellnesscentre, we would have choose an other hotel in another place. But we wanted to visit the city and Horstmann offerd us a good place to stay. We've had a nice stay in Munster and in hotel Horstmann as well. The people were friendly and the hotel was a good place to stay especially when you want to visit the city an want to use the hotel as a good place to stay. If we wanted a swiming pool or a wellnesscentre, we would have choose an other hotel in another place. But we wanted to visit the city and Horstmann offerd us a good place to stay. Very near the inner city as well. Thanx for the hospitallity!

The only negative thing was the fact that our room was beside the noisy street tot the Central Station. Not something the hotel can do someting about, but maybe the local government can do something about the the screaming of the crowd there on friday- and satrurdaynights.

Centrally located just in front of the main train station, very friendly staff, clean spotless rooms, reasonable price, comfortable bed and pillow, Walking distance from the city center and shopping area

Stairway (The lift was horribly small and working only from the reception to the top floors), small LCD TV, Poor breakfast with limited choices (No hot dish or eggs), Low speed of Wi-fi internet

elevator is structurilly not working, so you have to climb all the stair, no anmenities, though mentioned in the description of the room where availalble, and impossible to watch the tv because of high position on the wall.
