The staff is quite friendly and positive.
The room had stale smell of cigarette smoke, so maybe they should not allocate such rooms to non-smokers. The rooms are too small and give a feeling of being in a jail. They should provide at least a water heating jug for tea and coffee, a full length mirror and a hair dryer. Just a miniature TV as amenities is not enough.
